What is your Return & Exchange policy?
Christmas Exchange Policy:
Orders placed from November 14th until December 25th are eligible to be exchanged
until January 31st.
Returns incur a 5% Restocking Fee.
Exchanges do not incur a restocking fee.
To initiate a return or exchange
for an RMA # within 14 days
of order receipt.
(Orders placed from November 14th until December 25th can be exchanged until January 31st.)
We must receive your return within an additional 14 days of the date the RMA # was issued.
A 5% restocking fee will be charged on returns only
. We may waive this fee on unopened merchandise. There is no
restocking fee on exchanges.
To exchange an item please e-mail us for an RMA # and to confirm the items to be exchanged. When we receive the returned items we will ship out the new items asap!

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer international shipping. We can only ship to the United States (including AK/HI/PR.)

When will my order ship?
Do not be concerned if your order has not shipped within 2-3 days of order placement.
Our shipping system is not based off shipping dates. Instead, we have designed our system around delivery dates. We ship product from our own inventory in addition to
the inventory of our manufacturers and our distribution network across the US. If you select 7-14 Day shipping, you can expect delivery within that time-frame, but your
order might not ship until a day or two before the end of that time-frame. Therefore, it is more important for our customers to rely on the delivery date time-frame they
selected as a measure of when their shipment will arrive.
How long will shipping take?
Orders may ship from several locations across the country or from a single location. Other orders may have to be shipped from different warehouses to us to be repackaged into a single shipment. As such, our order fulfillment system is not based off of a single shipping method, but instead allows you to select the time frame you need the order to arrive within. This allows us to guarantee shipment arrival dates from anywhere in the US.
Why Does Next Day Shipping Show the Arrival in Two Days?
